The referrer will receive a VISA card to the value of AUD$2,000 on the following conditions:

• The referee (purchaser) must settle on a block of land in Anstey Grove Estate, Forrestdale, Western Australia.
• This offer is not valid in other Yolk Property Group estates.
• Completed form must be submitted prior to the signing of the referred purchaser’s contract.
• The referred customer must enter into a new land contract and cannot be an existing customer of Yolk Property Group.
• Participants of the referral program must be 18 years of age or older.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals one person can submit.
• When submitting a referred customer’s details, the referrer acknowledges that they have informed the referred customer and have obtained their consent to receive information or be contacted by Yolk Property Group regarding the referral. Without such consent, the referral cannot be processed.
• Prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Employees of Yolk Property Group, their immediate families and its related agencies are ineligible to participate in this promotion.
• Subject to the above terms and conditions, the referrer will receive a AUD$2,000 visa card within six weeks of settlement.
• Incomplete forms will be deemed invalid.
• Any information contained within the referral form shall remain the property of Yolk Property Group.
• Yolk Property Group reserves the right to end the referral program or change terms and conditions if considered necessary, without notice.
